We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, within 1-2 business day, after payment is received. All orders for Australian customers are dispatched using Australia Post or a Courier Service.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100. Delivery times are as per the "Estimated Delivery Times" quoted below.

You can upgrade your order to Express Shipping at a cost of $6 for orders over $100.

Standard Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $7.50 for standard shipping for orders less than $100 to all destinations within Australia regardless of the number of items you purchase.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping guarantees next day delivery (from dispatch date) within the Australia Post Express Network. Please view the following table to see if your location falls within the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network . The Express Post Express Network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post offices boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.

We charge a flat rate of $12 for Express Shipping for orders less than $100 to all destinations within Australia regardless of the number of items you purchase. If your order is over $100, you can upgrade your shipping to Express at a cost of $6.

Your order needs to be placed by 12:30 pm for same day dispatch for Express delivery.

Orders placed after 12:30pm will be dispatched next business day.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched promptly provided we have your products in stock at the time. Orders received on the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. If we experience any delays in processing your order we will contact you via email.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide correct shipping address details when you place your order. Parcels that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided on the order will require an additional shipping charge.
